There are so many job titles out there, and each one has different meanings depending on each company and the roles associated with each specific job. To keep things simple, this Career Map shows the general career positions of possible careers in the stream along with their rough location on the spectrum between Junior and Senior. It is meant to be a guide only. The career map distinguishes between specialist roles on the left ladder and management roles on the right ladder. Typically, someone will move up the specialist ladder and become an expert advisor, or will move over to the management side at some point, depending on personal preference and opportunities available.
