Are you an employer who needs to fill security guard positions?

 

Many employers spend large amounts of time and money on job posting, ads and placement companies. The contacts we send to you are people who we have most likely trained ourselves to our high standards, who we know are actively looking, and we have done the upfront leg work to collect specific information to help you narrow down candidates to interview and speed up the hiring process.

The Employment Database subscription is for employers who would like access to large, current lists of contact information of individuals who are licensed security guards and who are actively looking for work, to save themselves time and effort in filling positions.

 

  • Each monthly list is guaranteed to contain information between 1 day and 1 month old

  • We guarantee a minimum of 100 security applicants (contacts) per month

 

Each monthly list contains:

  • contact information for individuals looking for security work

  • numerous pre-screening questions to quickly find the candidates that match your criteria (Click HERE to see a full list of pre-screening questions!)

  • resumes for the individuals

We offer 4 types of subscriptions:

  • $100+GST per month for a 12 month subscription

  • $133+GST per month for a 3 month subscription

  • $150+GST per month for a 2 month subscription

  • ​$200+GST per month for a 1 month subscription

Note that to subscribe, you will be required to provide proof that you work for a licensed security guard company in Alberta. If you subscribe to a plan that is longer than 1 month, you are obligated to finish the term of your subscription, or be charged in full for the remaining amount owed.

Pre-screening questions

Information collected from our students, that you get access to, includes:

  • Name

  • Contact information (email, phone)

  • City they live in

  • If they have a: security licence, temporary licence, if they have passed their exam only

  • Where they can work: in the city they live, if they can drive to a shift outside their city, or if they can move to another city for a job

  • When they can work:

    • full-time, part-time, casual

    • morning, afternoon, evening, night

  • Who they have taken their training with: Tip of Spear, other training companies​

  • Which training they have taken: Alberta Basic Security Training, Private Investigation, Tactical Communications, PPCT Handcuffing, First Aid, and many more listed

  • They have experience working in: security, customer service, other types of work

  • Their written and verbal communication skill levels in different languages

  • When they are available to start working

  • If they have: a valid class 5 dirvers licence, clean driving abstract, their own vehicle, or get to work other ways

  • How long they have been driving for

  • A copy of their resume
